We will be hosting the  In The Middle Food Truck this Saturday from 5-9 PM

 

The Menu includes:

Entrees        

All pitas served with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, green peppers and sauces.

Gyro (Steak and lamb) Pita – steak and lamb with grilled peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato and Tzatiki sauce

Grilled Chicken Shawrma Pita – with garlic, cilantro, parsley and Tahini sauce

Falafel Pita – with hummus, garlic, cilantro, parsley and Tahini sauce, lettuce tomato and raw onion (Vegan and Gluten Free)

Mediterranean Rice Bowl – grilled chicken, saffron rice, black beans, grilled veggies and fresh greens with Greek salad dressing
Substitute Gyro or Falafel

Chicken Queso Pita – grilled chicken shawrma with provolone and mozzarella cheese melted between two pitas.                                                            

Feta Fries Topped with Grilled Chicken Shwarma – substitute Gyro or Falafel

Imperial Stout Bottle Release

Join us for the official after party of the Founders Day Parade in downtown Zephyrhills, and our second bottle release of Tampa Bay Beer Week – Count von Cosel’s Imperial Stout. We will start selling bottles Saturday March 11 at 11AM.  The richest and strongest of the English Ales. A showcase of malty richness and complex, intense flavors. The character of these ales can change significantly over time; both young and old versions should be appreciated for what they are.

There will be a 2 bottle limit!

Count von Cosel was a bacteriologist in Key West, Florida where he developed an obsession for a young patient. In 1933, almost two years after her death, von Cosel removed her body from its tomb, and lived with the corpse at his home for seven years until its discovery by her relatives and authorities in 1940. He moved to Zephyrhills and lived here until his death in 1952.

Our First Bottle Release!

We’re releasing our very first bottle, Buddy’s Barleywine, to celebrate Tampa Bay Beer Week!

Bottles will go on sale March 7th when the brewery opens at 3pm, and this will be a very limited release!

Barleywine is the richest and strongest of the English Ales. A showcase of malty richness and complex, intense flavors. The character of these ales can change significantly over time; both young and old versions should be appreciated for what they are. The malt profile can vary widely; not all examples will have all possible flavors or aromas.

According to legend, a covered wagon traveling along Fort King Road with a herd of cattle stopped for water. Most of the cattle drank from shore, but Buddy the bull waded in and wouldn’t budge when it was time to move on. Some say Buddy waded out so far he drowned, while others say the stubborn bull left the water when he was ready and caught up with the herd. We think that Buddy knew what he wanted and stuck to it. In honor of his perseverance and strength of will we chose to honor him with this English Style Barleywine.

Join us during Tampa Bay Beer Week to learn about the growing trend in the world of craft beer…beer trading! Learn how to trade, where to trade, why to trade and all things related including cellaring beer and how beer is treated as a commodity. Also, and maybe most importantly, a sampling of 4-5 rare and unique beers is included!

New Hours for ZBC!

Beginning Monday January 9, we will be open Monday – Thursday from 3 – 10 pm.

Friday and Saturday we will be open from noon until 11PM and Sunday from noon – 7 PM
